Automatic Sample Pad Treatment and Drying Machine LZHD022
This machine is used to treat reel pad materials , standard type including 4 sections:material feeding, solution spraying or soaking, two drying ovens, material cutting or material rewinding.

3. Several temperature monitoring points are placed in the drying oven to make sure a homogeneous drving process.

Ouantitative reagent spraying controlled by peristaltic pumps, accompanied with fluid monitor which can report any deviation of the fluid flow, in order to mak sure a consistent high precision spraying .The reagent can be added to the system automatically.You can also treat the material by soaking way which also configurated on the same machine with a soaking tank.
5. There is CCD to monitor the spraying performance automatically.
6. Material feeding and rewinding is realized by high quality stepper motor so that to have a moderate and consistent running speed.
7. lt is a customized equipment.
