Automatic sample pad treatment machine PSJ001 is used to treat sheet format sample pad(usual material is glass fiber) by several nozzles that spray the reagent homogeneously on it.
Compared to conventional manual treating, in this way, it can significantly increase the consistency between batches. This machine is tested to be very stable performance by large scale.
Process:
After you set up the data on the interface, put the sample pad on the tray, the belt will convey the material to the solution spraying position. The spraying nozzle nos can be customized. Then manually brush the pad to make the treatment solution more homogeneous. This machine can significantly optimize the process of the sample pad treatment, increase the efficiency and reduce the human-caused loss.
