This automatic laminator is suitable to laminate multiple components, such as reel format absorbent pad, "max" PE film, NC membrane, sample pad on the sheet format pvc backing card of the lateral flow rapid test, then cut it into discrete cards(eg. 300mm uncut sheets)
Product Features
1. Standard type suit for uncut sheet width from 60 to 100mm, length 280 to 310mm
2. It is applicable for laminating all the components of lateral flow rapid test on the backing cards
3. High precision NC membrane lamination secured by design of deviation-correction device, the membrane will get through this device which can correct the displacement when pulling and laminating the NC membrane.
4. Adopts Panasonic PLC+optical fiber sensor +stepper motor, to support the equipment to run 7x24hours iin the high stability
5. Simple adjustment by rotating screw rod adjusting wheel, make it easy and convenient to change different products.
6. With artificial intelligence control and automatic photoelectric tracking system, when there is no material coming, it will stop automatically, it only start working when there is material coming
