Continuous Dispenser LXHM007
LXHM007 is a bench-top production machine specifically designed for only dispensing lines on NC membrane(laminated on sheet format backing), it could meet the requirements of moderate to high-volume production facility.
The convey belt is driven by a servo motor to smoothly convey the uncut sheet. A skilled operator can pass two uncutsheet without gap, thus greatly saving the use of dispensing reagent.
The dispensing module provides the low-cost solution for reagent application onto lateral flow test strip products. Dispensing tip uses PEEK materials to dispense reagent onto NC memorane by soft touching. Dispensing tipline spacing adjustment and replacement can be accomplished without tools, alowing quick change-over between procucts.
