Rapid Test Cassette Assembly Machine
This automation can automatically cutting uncut sheets into strips, then automatically put the strips into the cassette, and assemble the cassette, each crucial work position are checked by the camera inspection. It can be connected to the pouching line, to pack each test kit and a desiccant
Working Process
1. Top and bottom cassettes are automatically fed by the vibrating bowls. Cassette feeding bowl are equipped with a vision inspection which can automatically recognize the direction of the cassette and feed the right position cassette into the working line
2. Rapid test uncut sheets can be piled in the material feeder rack, strip cutting is full automatically one by one
3. Strip is gently placed one by one in slot waiting to be put into the cassette
4. Close the top cassette and press the whole test at the end of the assembly line by the roller.

8. Delicate sound proof cover and shock absorption device protect each vibrating bowl well which lower a lot noise caused by the vibrating(Running noise is less than 80dB).
